Order Processing
Each order is carefully reviewed, prepared, and processed within 2–3 business days, depending on order volume and product availability.

Shipping & Delivery

After processing, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

Certain items, including custom, made-to-order, or high-demand pieces, may require additional time and can arrive within 8–15 business days.

Many orders are delivered sooner than expected.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Order Modifications

To ensure timely fulfillment, orders are finalized upon placement.

If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us as soon as possible. Address updates may only be made prior to shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to reroute packages. Orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses remain the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We take care to ensure every order is securely prepared and shipped.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

If an issue arises, we recommend:

• Verifying the delivery location
• Checking with neighbors or household members
• Contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim
